When the balance is Below 30ps

Don't worry, so during first startup, after successful initialization and entering into ucweb startpage just exit ucweb. And then again enter ucweb to start browsing for free.So the choice is yours. If you keep your balance below 30 paise and use this modded version, you wont be charged at all for browsing, but you need to get used to that annoying check for dynamic data during each startup of ucweb. But if your balance is above 30 paise, you would be losing just 30 paise during first initialization and after that browsing would be free as usual and you wont be getting annoying checking for dynamic data.
